The focus of this position is the development of a sales strategy for both Ventinova’s existing products as well as the launch of their new product, the Evone. Furthermore you will be expanding the distribution network, building the direct sales channels and managing the commercial team. Besides that you’ll gather feedback from the market for new product improvements and for the development of new products.
In this position you will report directly to the CEO. You will manage the sales representative responsible for the Dutch market as well as 1 or 2 customer service employees. Additionally you will manage the new office “Ventinova Deutschland”. This team might be expanded in the future.
To fulfil this position it’s ideal that you have a broad commercial experience in both direct as well as international sales (via distributors) of medical capital products. You possess the necessary entrepreneurial, visionary and strategic skills.

Ventinova Medical BV from Eindhoven is an ambitious and dynamic organization. The revolutionary medical products which Ventinova develops and sells in the ventilation field, make new treatments possible.
A broad team of f.e. developers, clinical researchers, marketers, sales reps. and anaesthesiologists works hard on a daily base to launch products which are frequently lifesaving.
We are hiring an International Sales Director to expand the sales of the existing products Ventrain, Tritube and Cricath. You will support the launch of the innovative medical product Evone (a disruptive ventilation mechanism) and to professionalize our sales team.
Ventinova has developed a superior new innovative way of ventilation, which is validated by an extensive clinical/scientific validation program. Their product can be used to control the expiration, and therefore ventilate through an ultra-thin breathing tube. They are trying to prove, that because of this, less lung damage will occur.
Ventinova is a small and flat organization, which can be compared to an organization in the start-up phase. Pioneering is key and what you see is what you get. It concerns a considerable young organization where everybody has a passion for the company and is willing to work hard.
